Sometimes I can't control my anger and it's taking a toll on our marriage. There are times that I suppress it, but when I reach my threshold I just explode and can't help it. What do you do to resolve your anger management issues and save your marriage?

Taking deep breaths. It may sound simple, but it does have a physiological effect: it gives more oxygen into the bloodstream, which then makes you calmer. Once you're calm, you will be able to see things more rationally to be able to deal with them. It's also important to always keep the communication lines between you and your husband open. One of the pillars of a good marriage is communication. Whenever you're having an argument, it's always important to see things from your spouse's perspective and really understand the way the perceive things.
