Sometimes, I get so frustrated at things at home that I'm about to throw a fit! What do you do to calm yourselves down instead of putting a bad show for your kids to see?

i understand your frustration and this is what i do - every time i am frustrated i head out for a quick run or fast walk with loud music in my ears. if that is not possible, i put on some music and start dancing in the house, or doing some form of dance exercise. not only does it calm me down, it also helps to shake off any anger or hyper mood and also lets the kids enjoy.
