Scared of pain

As someone who is scared of pain, would you go for natural delivery or c sect? Pain tolerance is zero……..

I went for natural. Delivery was painless with the help of laughing gas and epidural. I’m also very afraid of needles so I’m super thankful that the IV and epidural needle only inserted when I was on laughing gas. Recovery was good, the only pain was a few hours after birth but after that it was all good. Just felt a little sore down there but no pain.

Yes cause labour you’re under epidural, you pretty much won’t feel anything whereas the needle they used during the scan was so thick and no pain reliefs 🥶. I remember asking the nurse “why so thick your needle omg 😭” and then she laughed at me 😂. Oh yes, the side effects are damn bad. I was busy throwing up non stop, shiverings and whole body jelly right after birth while my gynae stitched me. But it lasted for awhile then I’m better already. I just close my eyes and rest until I’m ok then I call the nurse (I told her to leave me alone before that 😅).
