Somebody tell me what is the difference between Implantation bleeding and menstrual bleeding

ako 3 days lang din ako mag mens pero now nakaranas ako ng 2 days mens pero light bleeding sa undies mo spot lang pero pag iihi dun siya lalabas..

Mens po? and then after po non nag spotting po ako na brown for 4 days
