Can somebody help me please. New to this app. First time mommy and I'm struggling on how to cure my baby's rashes. HELP! Update: all good na po. Thanks to all mom's who recommended drapolene. I tried it and it worked

Wash po ng warm water with alcohol then wag muna po e diaper. Put cream po yung sa tiny buds na in a rash effective po yun
