Can somebody help me please. New to this app. First time mommy and I'm struggling on how to cure my baby's rashes. HELP! Update: all good na po. Thanks to all mom's who recommended drapolene. I tried it and it worked

Mommy pag aq naglilinis ng baby either wipes or warm water nd cotton. Dahan2x lng wag mong kukuskusin ng sbra. den after make it sure na malinis na, let it dry. ksi kya nagkaka rashes dhil d malinis at nagkaka moist. lagi kong gngwa after ko linisin d ko muna sya kakabitan ng diaper. hhyaan kong mkahinga ng onti, tpos i make sure na dry na wlang basa2x ung mga singit2x. ksi doon tlga nagsstart ang rashes.
