Low carb diet... pero I advise against keto diet, although ang bilis punayat pag keto, based sa personal experience ko at sa advice ng OB, hindi talaga maganda sa kalusugan ang keto diet.

All protein diet, no Carbs (no rice, no sweets)

For me mas effective talaga BF before mabuntis 50kg ako then nong manganganak nako 65kg tas ngayon one month after giving birth 52 kg nalang akoo.

effective sa akin intermittent diet, u only eat within 8 hrs then ung 16hrs fasting po. . .
