Elakkan raw food sis....raw food Ada bacteria Yang xelok untuk baby n mommy...seeloknya research dulu or tnya doctor pakar....apa jenis makanan raw memang xelok...tmbah2 sashimi(salmon mentah) sebab tinggi mecuri

I tried eating sashimi (1st time preggy, and doctor said can eat anything as long as in moderation, but i guess sashimi isn't one of those), and it didn't end well 😅 feeling nausea, and had diarrhea after that

saya bru nk msuk 4 months . dari bulan pertama smpi la bulan 3 prgnnt craving salmon n sushi king. so stiap bulan prgi mkn .last time makan perut tk tahan . cirit birit truk . then trus tk brani mkn lgi . haha

Hr tu sy teringin nak mkn, bl ckp dgn hsbn dia kata "makan je la.." "Org Jepun yg mengadung kat sana pun mkn sushi." huhuhu.. Tanpa ragu2 sy mkn sushi. Alhamdulillah xde apa2. Yg penting dpt izin suami

Sy makan saja sashimi (raw) cos craving. Dr sy cakap boleh makan but limit it. Also make sure restaurant yang you pergi tu handle food properly. Try to get your doctor’s opinion if you’re worry.

Ada setengah sushi boleh makan. Cari yg dah masak. Jangan cari yg mentah. Sy 2 kali makan sushi. Tiada masalah tp kena berpada pada. Jangan trlalu banyak makan. Yg penting jangan makan yg mentah.

Ibu mengandung tak boleh makan benda yg tak masak. Ada bakteria and boleh effect kt bby. Klu buat hilang craving mkn la satu slice or sikit shj. Tak boleh mkn lebih.

saya ngidam dari 2bulan haritu lagi sampai skrg dh masuk 5bulan tahan je sbb takut nk mkan, ngidam sampai masuk mmpi bagai tapi demi bby mommy tahan je tunggu 8bulan nnti la makan😝😝

Highly not recommended. Raw food contains bacterias that are harmful for the development of your baby especially in the first trimester. Unless they are properly cooked, then munch away.

Mase 6 minggu pregnant sy gi makan bonanza sushi king.. habis la dalam 6 piring.. atas badan jugak kot.. tapi yg mentah2 walaupun fav mmg x amik terus. Makan yg biasa2 je 😭
