philhealth receipt

nabasa ko somewhere need daw nang latest receipt sa Phil health para ma claim benefits. Nawala ko po sya ? but may copy naman makikita contribution through philhealth website. Can I use the print out sa online or need talaga receipt?

Yes po, nakaindicate din naman po dun sa printout nyo yung updated contribution nyo.. Atleast may proof kayo kahit idouble check pa nila yan.
