Tummy time

If i dont do tummy time early (1 month onwards) or dont do it regularly, will it hinder my baby’s neck strength and development ? I feel like some days im too tired that ill just rest or play my phone when baby’s awake and not crying.

hello! glad i passed by your post! i understand where you're coming from mama! when my baby was a month old, we finally got our house officially (after reno and stuffs) and i barely had time for tummy time too! i started slowly (using my nursing pillow and on my chest). she mastered it at 3 months also also started to roll tummy-lay position (back & forth) by herself! actually i can tell you....babies are indeed smart. even her sitting and currently 7 months and trying to stand is all by herself with a little support and help from me. i think i would say....don't get too pressured by this. if you have some spare time during the day, maybe when your mood and baby's mood is good, maybe try encouraging tummy time. soon after they will be able to master it. ofc even if i mention they are smart, you'll need to always support them - seriously don't pressure yourself! tummy time is great to prevent or reduce flat head syndrome especially.

Not at all. It will not hinder. You can do it at baby's comfortability and just a short period of time. Baby can be tired too, hence don't force yourself. I did tummy time for my second at 3 months onwards.

If your baby is born healthy, I dun think it’s an issue cause my baby girl only started doing TT when she’s about 3 months old. She hit the rolling milestone when she turned 4 months old.

TT is not a must. I did not do TT when I was a baby and I turned out alright, rolling and holding up my neck at 2months plus. don't overstress or overdo it or baby will hate it.
