dipende po sa viral load mo po at pag napanganak na si baby usually bibigyan sya ang anti retroviral drugs intravenously. guidelines sa canada: Prior to a planned pregnancy and during pregnancy, treat the patient with combination ART to ensure an undetectable viral load. This will prevent many of the serious opportunistic infections. During pregnancy, sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim can be given to prevent PCP and toxoplasmosis, although risk versus benefit needs to be assessed in the first trimester.[4] Initiate treatment for PCP with SMX/TMP in any trimester (see Table 3). Preferred agents for MAC and mucocutaneous candidiasis are azithromycin and topical antifungals, respectively. For less common opportunistic infections, consult a reference such as the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Opportunistic Infections in HIV-Infected Adults and Adolescents[4] for specific regimens approved for use in pregnancy. In the postpartum period, the usual preventive and therapeutic regimens can be reintroduced, since breastfeeding is contraindicated in developed countries because of possible transmission of HIV to the child.
5months pregnant here.😊 praying for you sana same lang ng nangyari sakin. wag ka mawalan ng pagasa mii.😇
Hi miiii .. Kung nakapagpa test ka na at positive sa Hiv malaki po ang chance na mahawa si baby but, inform your OB too para aware & maagapan si baby.
discuss it with your OB po. alam nila gagawin mhie. saka pag ganyan alam ko po via CS po ilalabas si baby.
need to consult OB ASAP for medical advice. para maalagaan kau ni baby.
