Yeast infection

Hello po. I'm 21 weeks pregnant right now. And having a yellowish color discharge without an odor smell which is a yeast infection. I admit I am fond of eating sweets especially when I'm feeling sick. May I asked for any advice of what kind of treatment can I do? Will any home remedies do?
