Heart palpitation at 12 weeks

I am 12 weeks 6days pregnant and my body feels so tired. My heart also palpitates. Is this normal?🥹first time mom here

Hi Mi! Based on my experience sa first trimester, I felt sick the entire time. Palpitations talaga. Tapos tired lagi, antok ganyan. It’s because of the pregnancy hormones, nag aadjust yung body natin. But for your peace of mind, paconsult ka po sa OB mo. 😊
