May bloody show na ako and I already inform my ob. But until now I’m stuck at 1cm 🥺🥺 Sobra na sumasakit ang balakang at puson ko 😭 Regular ako nagtetake ng Primrose, Pineapple Juice/Fruits, Walking, Squats. #advicepls #1stimemom

    Kagagaling ko lang sa Ob ko. Tumatagal po siya bet 1-2 mins every 5-10mins. Still 1 cm 🥺

    2cm na pero wala parin sign of labor. Goodluck momshie.

      Sakin naman halos after 5-10mins babalik medyo patindi ng patindi kaso 1cm padin 🥺 Sana makaraos na tayo 🥺☺️
