ogtt result

Sino po makakapag-interpret nitong Ogtt result ko. Hindi po kasi given ung mga references sa 1st hour and 2nd hour kaya hindi ko alam if normal ba to or mataas. Thank you.

Di ba po may check up na kasunod after ng lab test? Pinaka best iask po sa OB niyo para maliwanag kung anong interpretation ng results and ano ang dapat gawin.

Yes cut down on rice and fruit intake. Eat veggies and don't put sugar in your milk. Kaya mo yan tiis lang.
