Injectable family planning

Sino po here injectable? Normal lang ba na hindi nagkakaron ng mens? before kse nagkakaron pa ako pero pakonti konti lang naabot ng 2 to 3 wks. then biglang hindi na. takot kasi ako, mag 4mos na ata akong hindi nagkakaron.
