SSS Maternity benefit

Hello sino po may experience na dito na nanganak but after few days namatay yung baby habang nasa hospital pa? Under which category ba dapat yung case ko? Kasi na confused ako sa requirements online ni sss. Sa proof of child live birth both Certificate of Livebirth and Death ba dapat yung isusubmit or dapat sa Certificate of fetal death ko isusubmit yung Certificate of death? Salamat

Doon po kayo sa "For Live Child Birth". Ang intindi ko po ay either Cert of Birth or Death, with OR. Pero kung meron naman kayo pareho, better to submit both na para sure. I'm sorry po for your loss.. 🙏
