Sino po dito tumaas yung blood sugar while pregnant? Any tips po pano bumaba? Katatapos ko lng po magpa sugar test kanina mataas yung result one hour after ko inumin yung juice, 200 daw po yung result kaso yung ob ko walang clinic this week. Pa help naman po, 30 weeks preggy po ako. Thank you po sa mga sasagot.

sa first referred dr ni ob, pinaadmit ako s hospital and magtake ng insulin dahil mataas blood sugar level ko. naghanap ako othet doctor, and ngkasundo kmi na diet and monitoring and kelngan ko. i bought my own glucometer. no white rice, sweets, white bread. Consume more veggies, fruits and water. wag din ppagutom. you can eat frequently pero small amouts
