Sino po dito nkpg claim na ng maternity benefits? Anu po mga needed requirements? Need p kya ng marriage contract? Thanks po sa mga sasagot.

Need mo muna mag file ng mat1 sis, if volunteer contributor ka may mga lists of requirements na ibbigay sayo ng sss mismo.. d na need married certificate, birth certificate lang ng Baby and records from hospital. If employed ka nman,yung company na mgfile para sayo.
