I accidentally prick her skin and it cause a sudden gush of blood ☹️ niregalo sakin ung gamit ko.. want to buy a new one na sana.. Sino po dito nkpg claim na ng maternity benefits? Anu po mga needed requirements? Need p kya ng marriage contract? Thanks po sa mga sasagot.

Need mo muna mag file ng mat1 sis, if volunteer contributor ka may mga lists of requirements na ibbigay sayo ng sss mismo.. d na need married certificate, birth certificate lang ng Baby and records from hospital. If employed ka nman,yung company na mgfile para sayo.

hello mga momshie.. ask ko lang po kng kelan bnbgay ni OB ung tetanus toxoid. Im 27 weeks preggy til now hnd pa xa ngrerequest ng 1st tetanus toxoid ko

naku po. pa inject kana po.. kahit sa center po meron yan.
