for me pwede naman, 1 yo din daughter ko nung nag island hopping kami sa zambales.. siguro invest na lang din sa life vest na fitted kay baby madalas kasi for grown up ang available. also, depende din sa safety nung island, best to check with your guide if okay to bring small kids.
