october 17 ako, first time mom at the age of 40..risky patient din ako because i have diabetes and hypertension but i thank the Lord hndi ako maselan, wla akong hinahanap na pagkain i just eat anything but in moderation. im now 7mos pero wla akong manas kc i walked 1.4km everyday.. goodluck to all mothers to be this october!
