Sino dito naka try nitong Ningxia Red during pregnancy at after pregnancy (breastfeeding)? Safe ba to?

May mga friends po ako na buntis and breastfeeding mommies na umiinom nito.. sabi nila safe naman daw po and nakakadami ng gatas.. pero para sa akin, kung nagdadalawang isip kayo, better check with your OB pa din before using..
