Bago ako mabuntis, may UTI na talaga ko, tho pawala wala naman sya.. then during the 10th week of my pregnancy, nagkaron ulit ako.. Water, as in more water po ginawa ko non bukod sa pag take nung nireseta saken na antibiotic.. At the same time, pag nag wiwi po, lagi akong nag huhugas ng water lang, mas ok kung warm water, then hindi muna ako gumamit ng feminine wash hanggang naging ok na. And as usual, laging magpalit ng pantry and make sure cotton and breathable.. wala na kong uti so far..

8-10glasses of water a day mommy. Buko juice. And kung may pain na sa puson or hirap umihi, patingin na po para mabigyan kayo ng alternative ng OB if allergic kayo sa antibiotic. 🙂

Increase water intake po, buko juice, cranberry juice at fruits gaya ng watermelon po tinetake ko ✨

more on water and fresh buko juice sis. may uti din ako now nag tetake din ako ng antibiotic
