Sleeping positions during the first trimester

Are sideward sleeping positions safe po during the first trimester? I'm on my 7th week. Thank you!

Any sleeping position is okay pa naman po since maliit pa ang tummy. Sidelying lang talaga best to practice na din kase mas madaming benefits yung sa left side ka nakatagilid while sleeping.
