Should I pump out my milk Everytime they leak? I just pumped 1 hour plus ago and they leak again. But when I pump out, yield only about 1oz. I find milk is being refilled very fast but not much yield.

I only pump according to the schedule, every three hours. Will have some leakage on and off....so I will put on the padding into my nursing bra.
