Changing formula milk

Can share how do you change LO formula? Suppose to be 1/4 of new then subsequently 1/2 then 3/4 then full new formula but do u do the changes every 3 days or just 1 day?

Monitor baby and change accordingly. If baby accepts then can increase new formula ratio
