How to put baby sleep in playpen

Any one can share and brainstorm how to put a sleeping baby down to the base of the playpen without waking LO up? I figured the deep bending and gravity will accidentally wake my LO up ? I miss out considering this factor when purchase this playpen and now I am having a headache over it as baby can’t sleep in the bassinet soon due to the weight.
