Hi Second trimester ko na ng iron n dn ako n vitamins matigas ang poops ko pag pahid ko ng tissue me dugo masama po ba un salamat sa sagot po.. worried mom here

Di ko pa po naranasan. Pero naging regular and normal po stool ko nung nag milk ako (anmum chocolate) yan po hiyang sakin. Constipated po ako dati nung di pa nagmi-milk.
