Pregnancy question

This is my second pregnancy. Ung first pregnancy ko unsuccessful, nawala ung heartbeat nya nung ika3rd month reason kaya ako nagpaD & C . Now, waiting ako til my next check up dahil wala din heartbeat itong 2nd pregnancy ko. What are the possible reasons kaya? Then, ano ano side effect ng heragest (progesterone)? Thanks po#pregnancy
