Bleeding pada 8weeks

Saya haritu pun spotting. Dr asyk cakap ada risiko keguguran je. Tetiba spotting banyak sgt, dr lain buat macam pap smear tuu. Rupanya ada polyp.. tapi spotting lama masa tuu

8weeks pregnant bleeding. Is this normal or miscarriage? I had bleeding a week before but doctor said it’s spotting. This round I’m not sure cos the color is different
