I'd like to say all the time but in reality no. I feed them sweets - chocolates, candies, marshmallows, occasional junk foods and ice cream. Just because they are kids and as a kid i love eating them too. I just make sure they eat the more healthy stuff and keep it balanced.
That's the aim, but to be very honest it's very hard. Children are picky eaters, and they always want something tasty like meat and seafood. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't train them to get accustomed to vegetables.

Honestly...no. My wife and I strive to do that, but I don't think 100% of the time is realistic. I'd say it's more around 90%. I think the occasional snackfood is okay in moderation. It mixes it up!
No. I do my best to give healthy and balanced meals to my daughter, however, I still give her biscuits as snacks.
