Sample: 10pm to 10am working hours ko (night shift/call center) Sa pagkakaintindi ko is 10pm to 6am is entitled to get night diff and 10% samin.
So dapat 8hrs Ang night diff ko if ganito schedule ko everyday, Tama po ba?

7 hours, since start mo is 11pm. 11pm to 6am ang may night shift diff. Pag may one hour break ka na unpaid within 11pm to 6am wala ding night shift diff yun
