First, it's not just about income ng lalaki but the household income as a whole. Whether that income will come from the husband or wife or both should matter. Second, Income is important but managing expenses is equally important. Just because you're earning P20k or less, doesn't mean you can't get by while earning 6-digits doesn't mean you're good specially of ang dami mong expenses like loans, rent, kotse, daily gas, eating out, etc. So to answer the question, masasabing ready na magpakasal kapag nakapag-usapan na ng couple na mabuti ang kanilang mga plano sa buhay-- what will be their lifestyle, and if their current situation/ financial standing can accommodate those plans/ lifestyle.
