Using of pantyliner

Is it safe to use a pantyliner in my daily routine? Im 12 weeks pregnant.

As much as possible, mas maganda po yung nakaka breathe ng maayos yung down there nyo para iwas uti. Drink lots of water and make sure to wash with water or fem wash every time po na wiwiwi kayo.
