EFFICASCENT OIL

I'M 16 WEEKS PREGNANT. Safe po ba na gumamit ng efficascent oil or vicks while pregnant? May mga times po kasi na sumasakit yung tiyan/sikmura ko.. Hindi ko naman po siya ipanghihilot, panghimas himas lang. Thank you po. ♥️??
