Sore troat

Please i need advice.. im breastfeeding mom and i have sorethroat now and have fever because of sorethroat.. what should i take moms that could not affect my supply of breastmilk?

Try nyo po gargle muna warm water w/ salt or Bactidol para mawala sore throat nyo.
