I took a slice of tiramisu cake

Is it safe? I experience sharp pain which lasted for 20-30mins yesterday but after its over, all was ok. No bleeding. I’m almost 5wks pregnant. I used to have lower backaches and lower abdomen pain. But now i no longer feel it. Do i need to see a dr?
