Sex during pregnant (Polyps)

Is it safe to have sex if I have polyps during pregnancy ? I had once when I was 3 months and had spotting which I stopped. Now that I’m already in my 6 months am I save to have sex already ? Even if I have a little spotting due to polyps ?
