Is it safe to give kids rooh afza and other sugar concentrated drinks such as Kissan squash?

I give rooh afza as it's herbal coolant. kissan squashes are only sugar, flavor, color and all things bad... even rooh afza on hamdard rooh afza, or mapro maha cool drink. not the other rose syrups...
