Safe To Consume Peanut During Pregnancy?

Hi, is it safe to consume peanut during pregnancy especially in first trimester? Heard those old folks tale that it might cause allergy or eczema on Baby if consume during pregnancy. ?

same here din 7weeks preggy .. prang my pintig .. den is it normal na minsan mskit ang puson na prang ang bigat .. mom of 3 na .. pang 4 ung ngaun ... pero 1st time nkaramdam ng gnito .. minsan my spotting .. what to do po ?
