Binder matapos manganak

Sa mga CS mom diyan ilang months po ba bago niyo tinanggal ang binder niyo? At ilang months bago ulit kayo makalabas sa loob ng bahay para mamasyal masyal?

Hi Mommy! I wore my binder until 8months si Baby. CS mom ako and it really helped me a lot sa mobility ko. Around less than a month I went out of the house to buy some baby supplies. But I pumped enough milk and followed a strict timetable. If you are looking for a binder na magagamit mo talaga, try the mamaway binder. Worth it. 😊
