A very old Chinese OB-Gyne advised the 10-10-10 method. Count from 1-10 days of menstruation. Then count another 1-10 days after the 10th day of menstruation period if you wanna get pregnant (fertility days). Lastly, count another 1-10 days after the 10th day fertility days for "safe period"
