For me 1st time was a failure. 2nd time success. Currently 8weeks - twins. In my experience, hope for the best & prepare for the worst.

After the 1st one failed took 2 months break. Went and stay wt ma hubby in Melbourne. Release tension. Tade ape2 preparation. Just cont’ supplements as advised by doc. Post transfer: if possible complete bed rest. Take hormone meds as instructed. Only home cooked food. Im under KL Fertility.
