Any review for Wesley vineyard Centre at serangoon north ave 4?

As an outsider or parent who is looking at this school. As soon as i started my research i saw this article. It kinda scares me and will be a worry if this were to happen again based on the numerous cases which is one of the highest. I don't see a lot of comments and people enrolling their LO's. And reading the above article, I feel skeptical about Wesley Vineyard Centre at Serangoon.
