pentavalent vaccine

is it require to give pentavalent vaccine to 6wks old baby because of its effect to the baby after the shot like fever..?

Yes required. Panlaban ni baby sa sakit na diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, and hepatitis B and Haemophilus influenzae type b.
