nipple soreness

I had this trauma during my confinement period until i had to expressed breast milk and bottle-feeding my baby. You may just apply few drops fresh breastmilk onto the nipple or areola area with clean hands and let it dry before cover with breast pads. Breastmilk has antibacterial protection.Gently wipe the nipple using warm wet cloth before start breastfeed again.
