Doing exercise.. for me "exercise to ease normal delivery" ( https://youtu.be/Eq4uMHzdaI8 ) also help me reduce my back pain and made me more comfortable & easier to change side while sleeping..
I use my C-shaped pillow whenever I sleep at night. I also sleep on my left side most of the time. Taking calcium supplements given by the OB helps a lot too. 😊
I just rest for awhile. Then i will walk in the house for at list 3 to 4times.
I've been taking collagen to prevent the backaches and it helps tremendously!
I lay down. Had UTI throughout pregnancy. still having it. and so resting.
Lie down whenever possible. Bear with the pain and walk slower
