Is this recommended baby food? Should I be only buying organic packaged food? Or should I buys fresh and make fresh?

If I have the time, fresh is still the best. Even if I freeze and thaw, I know when is it made. I would also want to control what goes into the preparation and cooking process. I will avoid packaged food unless I'm stuck in a situation that I cannot cook for my LO ie in a foreign land and yet to find a supermarket to do groceries and cook for LO.
