Hi. I would like to make avocado smoothie. Should i use fresh milk or those milk powder recommended for pregnancy? Is it okay to consume half an avocado daily?
I'm having half an avocado for breakfast! It's good fats for the baby's development. I personally prefer fresh milk! It’s really your preference.. half an avocado sounds ok!
